Outdoor lighting design and installation, we can accommodate all budgets , during our site visit we will discuss your requirements and work out the best possible effect for that nightfall experience. Fire alarm systems and emergency escape lighting
We provide full fire alarm systems to BS5839-1 and BS5839-6 commercial industrial and domestic , from risk assessment to commission stage. Full maintenance plan every 3or 6months and major service at 12 moths from small domestic to large scale projects , we use effective user friendly systems. We will know during our on site visit the requirements you need to achieve a fully functioning system . Our fire systems use the latest technology ( fike / twinflex / ctc among others . We do not But as to not compromise the effectiveness and decibels required to pass certification. So when our system rings rest assured your family or staff will know what do do. Installation of emergency lighting and escape route lighting available all fully certified to British standard. We offer a maintenance program if required to keep the system in excellent operational condition. We offer Emergency lighting design and installation , coupled with or fire alarm systems you can rest assure in an emergency situation you and your staff will walk out the building in good time to avoid the cost of a human life. Emergency lighting can be installed without a fire alarm system as part of a power failure to provide light to exit routes for staff in commercial or family in a domestic setting if required If the law requires it we can provide it .
Consumers unit upgrades
Consumer unit upgrades to 18th addition specification , our consumer unit upgrades are provided with certification (EIC) Electrical installation certificate and the assurance of a safe installation to napit certification standards , we aim to give the consumer a fast less disruptive experience, providing alternative power arrangements whilst we transfer power from one to another . The consumer unit is the engine to your building for power and thus is an important part of the building for safety and reliable power delivery . Upgrades are left with spare circuit ways for future additions such as garden shed / summer houses / spas and so on . Protection from electrocution is a key part of the double RCD models. Portable appliance testing (PAT)
We offer PAT testing solutions, portable appliance testing using the latest PAT testing equipment, provided with a safety certification as list of appliances and safety markings to each recorded appliance. The test results we hold on record for future testing and to aid legal arguments that could arise. Each appliance is tested to validate its safe to use , via visual and pat installation test to prevent accidents in the workplace or domestic setting . Whilst not a legal requirement, it is a legal requirement to provide a safe working environment So a standard way of meeting this legal obligation is pat testing . The employer is responsible for electrical appliance safety . Let us help you..at a low cost of £60 fee plus £1 per item thereafter .
